One of the most interesting jobs last year was the https://arbetatillsammans.com/ project for which we received an assignment under the title: EXTERNAL FINAL EVALUATION.

That is, as an external actor, we evaluated the progress of the project and made an English-language report "final evaluation of the project". The project itself was quite an adventure, when the whole project started at the same time as the pandemic in March 2020, and because of that, all meetings of the project turned into remote work.

In spite of everything, the project resulted in a huge amount of new information and opportunities for new actions that facilitate working across borders.

Actually, I don't know many other factors that have done external final evaluations for projects. The changing situations caused by the pandemic also allowed us to find a new way of working to clarify the functions of even a complex work group.
The main contact for the project for us was Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAO and a large group of other actors.
